Professor Richelieu has studied over 60 sports organizations so far. He works with sports organizations in two ways.
First, he provides his consulting expertise to assist managers in reaching their short, mid and long term objectives. This includes taking stock on the actual situation, before carving out the best action plan for the organization.
Second, he organizes informative and dynamic training workshops for managers and employees. These are customized to answer the needs of each organization.
In both cases, the areas covered relate to strategic brand management and successful internationalization initiatives, with one idea in mind: bringing value to the respective organization and helping the latter achieve its goals.
